Is the unlimited Global Lite eSIM really unlimited?

There is no data cap, but there is a daily fair-use speed: Unlimited: first 1GB/day at full speed, then 512kbps; Unlimited Plus: first 2GB/day at full speed, then 2mbps. The allowance resets every day of the plan.
