These terms govern your use of Roam. By creating an account or buying a plan, you agree to them.
You must be 18+ and use an eSIM-capable, carrier-unlocked device. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
Plan validity starts when the eSIM first connects to a network at your destination. Data allowances are per plan and do not roll over after expiry.
Plans are charged at purchase. Because eSIMs are delivered instantly, unused plans may be refundable within 14 days only if the eSIM has not been installed or activated.
No reselling, fraud, or use that disrupts networks. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or local telecom regulations.
Coverage depends on local partner networks and your device. We work hard for reliability but can't guarantee uninterrupted service everywhere.
