Account details you give us (name, email, phone), the eSIM plans you buy, and basic usage data needed to deliver and support your service. We never sell your personal data.

02How we use it

To activate eSIMs, send order receipts and verification codes, provide support, prevent fraud, and improve the product. Marketing emails are opt-in and you can unsubscribe at any time.

03Payments

Card and wallet details are handled by our payment processor. Roam stores only a reference to a transaction and your account balance — never full card numbers.

04Data retention

We keep account and order records for as long as your account is active, and as required by law for tax and accounting. You can request deletion of your account at any time.

05Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Email us and we'll respond within 30 days.
